Public Service Announcement

So apparently FF.net is having troubles with ads again. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: if you want to have a hassle-free internet experience, you need to (1) download Firefox, and (2) install AdBlockPlus. I literally haven't seen an ad in years, and I've never had a whit of trouble trying to read fanfic at FF.net.

It even takes the commercials off videos uploaded to YouTube!

In the meanwhile, it seems AO3 has gotten its act together since Yuletide, so I'll be trying them out again as well. So if you *really* want to read my stuff, you have a couple of different alternatives to FF.net:

LOL, talk about a story going so far off the rails it emerges as something completely different than what it started from! *facepalm* Sometimes its good to just run with the muse, though, because sometimes it leads to even better places than the original idea =)

This is definitely one of my favorite finished pieces for this fandom, and I think I've done a lot of things right, or at least to my own satisfaction =) It makes me excited to dive back into the world I've created for Stacy in Bloom, and its eventual sequel. I like it when my writing gives the characters a bit of depth, expected or no :P

I'll resume posting fandom_stocking fics tomorrow - I literally couldn't wait to share this =)
