LOL, well, while music inspires me a great deal with my writing in general, I wish I could say that this was a cleverly chosen piece of music - but alas. This was my choice four years ago, and it fit well with the narrative, but not the way music and my fic usually meet.

I could've done worse, I suppose - I think I started off with Rachmaninoff and went from there, LOL :P

As for your speculations - all I can say is, you're on the right track =) and its pretty cool to see your thoughts coalescing on the matter, narrowing down the possibilities but still keeping them open. All's fair in love and mysteries, no? =)
