Ok, you are really making me start to enjoy to possibility of Sess and Kagome together. I think I told you earlier that I am not a fan of this pairing but I really enjoy the way you present them. There is no bitchy Kagome, no cold-blooded, vindictive Sessy or dim-witted Inu. Instead, you explore the 'What if" possiblities of their pairing. For that, I have to give you a hand. *applaudes*

I love the nobility Sess showed to Kagome. I got the feeling he went with her because he actually saw her as a woman and not just a roomie. He knew her well enough to know she would need protection from the boys and herself. It would have been so easy for him to take advantage of her but the quote “Not like this.” really set the tone for possible future encounters.
