The rollover stats are deceiving, though - especially the OC category, with only two choices, but both were by uber-popular writers with huge followings, so the fact that it received so many votes in spite of the lack of choices is telling (whereas perennially less popular categories, like Best Songfic, received fewer votes with the same number of choices).

I was surprised at some of the winners - and not surprised at others. I'm glad to see such a variety on the list, considering what was eligible to vote for. It gives me a little faith that the Guild isn't as close-minded as people make it out to be sometimes.
