Honestly - The only part I saw coming (and even then, didn't expect it to happen YET) was Sesshoumaru outing InuYasha.

Then again - don't use me as an accurate representation of proper foreshadowing!

Oh, I think that's going to be a general question to reviewers this time around if they don't comment on it in their reviews. I've had this twist planned for at least five chapters, if not more, so I was really trying to double and triple check my work before posting it. I wanted that first part to be a total and complete shock to everyone, including Kagome :P

As for the outing - when someone commented on my last chapter with a "glad you didn't have Sesshoumaru tell her about Inuyasha cause she'd never believe him" I was all "HOSHIT o.O" on the inside - but I knew this was where it was going to happen, and how it was going to happen. I'm rather pleased it came at the exact middle of the story, too, but that wasn't planned, LOL.

Mmmmm, real life. Isn't it great to subject your characters to it? You don't suffer alone! ^_^

It was such a ridiculous thought when it occurred to me that it kinda immediately set me at ease and allowed me to laugh at the situation (which was very much not teh funny). So, in a way, it kinda saved my sanity :P

Fanfiction as catharsis - I can dig it!

I continue to cross my fingers and hope that while InuYasha is kind of a jerk (which he is canonically), I know you don't destroy characters so I'm guessing he's also appreciative of Kagome's friendship, and does actually like her, too.
There's also the whole, if he gets Kagome, that's one more thing he could have over Sesshoumaru...

I shall neither confirm nor deny if you're on the right back, only say that it's good to know he is still very much an unreliable entity :)
