I'm glad she came across as believable; its never easy to write a consoling figure without getting all preachy or unrealistic.

Really? o.O Maybe I read too many regency romances, LOL. I guess its also a bit of subtle class distinction, to put her on equal social footing with Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha.
Although of course, that STILL brings me back to Inuyasha... if he was trying to wiggle his way in between her and Sesshoumaru... would he have heeded Sango's advice (At least, I'm assuming he got the message from Sango).
