I *love* The Secret Swan, but I admit, I haven't read any of Abe's series books. I think she wrote wonderful medievals, and I wasn't ready to move into her fantasy stuff again :P

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the Bridgerton series was uneven. I disliked one of the books so much I didn't even bother to buy it for my own collection (When He Was Wicked, I think). It was disappointing, because the books I enjoyed, I really enjoyed.

Ah, well ~ they can't all be hits, I suppose :P
