Obviously Sweet Valley entered warp speed time warp during the post #100 mini-series because things do happen ridiculously fast here. I think the astounding lack of judgment (especially on Liz's part) is worsened by this.

Also - the fact that Liz is described as being "part of the party scene" is extremely disconcerting to me, as a fan of the classic canon. The more extreme Liz is, the less special Jessica seems, you know?
