Here's an interesting meme that's been making the rounds on my f-list.

If you've read any of my work, these answers should come as no surprise, LOL...

Fandom: Inuyasha

Favorite character: Sesshoumaru. I could make a case study out of him and never get tired of it, LOL :)
Least Favorite Character: Hakudoshi. God I hated that smarmy arrogant little brat!
Character with the best hair: Sesshoumaru (although maybe I only feel this way because I've spent so much time describing it in fics, LOL!)
Character with the best eyes: They *all* have great eyes (see default icon)
Character I'd most want to kiss: Sesshoumaru. He's too icy and pretty to resist!!
Character I'd most likely screw: None of them, but if they were a harem and I had my pick...Sesshoumaru. The hair, the beautiful beautiful curtain of silvery hair! *swoon*
Character I'd make lunch: Sango. She's a fascinating character and we'd have lots to chat about!
Character I'd go singing in the rain with: Sango. We stoic silent types let off steam in the craziest ways, hehe :)
Character I'd go shopping with: Kagome
Character I'd go dancing with: Miroku, Mr. Social Butterfly
Character I'd take over the world with: I'm totally riding Sesshoumaru's coattails on this one
Favorite Pairing: I'm an Inu/Kag girl at heart, but I'm really enjoying exploring the Sess/Kag dynamic as well.
Favorite Yaoi pairing: Not my thing
Favorite Yuri pairing: Still not my thing. I'm a boring het pairing person :-/

Inspirations come in bits and pieces (a little love for fanartists and reviewers)

Every once and again I like to compile lists. It gives my creative muses a short break, and allows me to organize the chaos they wreak in the meantime, LOL. Right now, I'm in the process of updating my recommendations list. I keep a running list here at my LJ on a post-dated post, occasionally adding to it as I find things that catch my fancy. This is generally where I draw my recs to others, as well as my award nominations.

If there's anything you'd like to recommend to me (old story, new story, art of any kind, BNF or recently discovered author/artist), feel free :) I'll give everything a chance, but I don't generally read /view yaoi or hardcore smut.

[The fanfic section is currently still under renovation as I try to remember all the WIPs I like to follow, so please pardon the dust!]

That being said, as I trawled through my list during revisions, I had the chance to revisit my favorite artists and OMG fangirl moment!!

I also wanted to take a moment and say that my readers/reviewers are the awesomesauce. I have already compiled a list of my favorite reviews, but sometimes it bears repeating :) I have one lady now who is loving my "Fleeting" collection so hard that she makes me giggle like an excited schoolgirl with her reviews. I love publishing a new chapter, knowing she's going to be able to read and enjoy it, even to somewhat...dramatic lengths. I wouldn't trade you for the world, LC Rose, no matter how crazy you are!

To anybody who's followed one of my series, or enjoyed a drabble or oneshot posted for a contest entry: thank you. If you've been gracious enough to leave me a review (or reviews on multiple pieces): thank you, from the depths of my heart. I like knowing that the risk I take in sharing my work with the public is exceeded by the outpouring of faithfulness from you guys. For me, one consistent, happy reviewer is worth 20 "update now plz!" drive-by responses. I don't write the most popular stuff in the world, but I've gotten so many thoughtful, well-worded responses to my work - that quality more than makes up for quantity, and/or fandom-wide popularity.
