My nerdery knows no bounds: 2012 Fergie nail polish collection

I'm something of a nail polish fanatic, so imagine my delight when I learned that one of the things Fergie was going to do when she partnered with Wet n Wild earlier this year was release a nail polish collection. From the moment I saw the first promo pics, I was in love - and now, four months later, I've *finally* tracked down all of the colors.

So now, I must squee ♥

And a couple of bigger pics from other angles - it's kinda cool to see all the colors together =)

These pictures were shot indoors in natural afternoon sunlight. I'm not the best photographer in the world, but hopefully you can actually *see* the different hues and glitters. If not - I'm including a description underneath the photos.

Cookies to everybody who recognizes the title font, LOL!

A mix of silver micro glitter with holographic bar glitter in a clear base - one of my favorites! Absolutely gorgeous when layered over a solid base color.

A pretty standard shimmery silver shade.

A shimmery gold shade.

A mixture of golden micro glitter and medium-sized gold hexes in a clear base - not quite as easy to apply as New Year's Kiss, but definitely a way to add some bling to any mani :P

A mixture of holographic/multicolored micro glitter and medium-sized pale pink hexes in a clear base.

Blue, green, gold, and silver medium-sized hexes in a clear base, similar to Flossy Flossy.

A teal cream that pulls green with a hidden shimmer.

Neon green with a hidden shimmer

One of the most-talked about pieces of this collection, if not the outright standout star - holographic/multicolored star glitter in a clear base. This is definitely the one everyone in the nail polish world is after, LOL.

A gorgeous deep sea green/blue micro glitter with a duochrome flash to gold - perfection in a bottle, and one of my personal favorites ♥

A shimmery navy blue with a subtle silver duochrome flash

Deep blue and purple micro glitter in a clear base, another of my personal faves!

A shimmery deep purple.

Purple and gunmetal gray micro glitter in a clear base, similar to Dutchess.

A fairly standard violet purple cream, named for Fergie's little sister =)

Neon pink, and one of the first a picked up when I saw the display - I have a weakness for pinks, LOL, and this was named for one of my favorite Fergie singles!

Purple micro glitter and medium-sized silver hexes in a clear base.

My personal standout of the collection - every picture I've seen of this shade makes it read black to me (this one included), but in real life it's an amazing burgundy shimmer with a duochrome gold/purple flash. Think merlot - Ferguson Crest is the family vineyard ;)

Red micro and medium-sized hex glitter in a black base - a great excuse to go vampy for Halloween!

A beautiful deep red shimmer - the most classic color of the collection.

Red micro glitter and small holographic round glitter in a clear base.

A really fun gunmetal gray micro glitter with holographic round glitter in a clear base, similar to No Place Like Home.

A deep charcoal/gunmetal gray shimmer.

This is the other most-talked-about shade in this collection - it's black micro glitter and medium-sized gold hexes in a clear base. Black micro glitter is pretty rare on its own, much less mixed with a different size/color of glitter.

I absolutely adore these shades! And the polish titles, LOL!

I may have to pick up some of these as Christmas presents - I WILL FIND A WAY TO SUPPORT OUR ALUMNI.

Stacey totally would go for most of these and so would Claud. ;)

I love seeing your polish army. Tis pretty spiffy and you've got me eying a couple to see whether we still have them in stock. And by a couple, I mean far more than. Which ones got called up to the big leages of semi-permanent displays? (I could, I suppose, wait til Tuesday and look at the wall but that's cheating.)
