LOL I got so into the piece I couldn't keep coming back to comment -_-;;

LOL, that's okay - I just thought, "Oh, man, the twists and turns this thing takes...I dunno if I want to see an immediate reaction" o.O That sort of thing.

It worked really, really well. It was a great lead-in and really rang true with how a lot of these things get started (ugh - you see a lot of this stuff in journalism)

And psychology :P After watching all those shows in a row, and formulating a good plot, I felt like I was writing a transcript, LOL. I had an idea to go at this from a different angle, but thought it'd be too hard to execute. This one worked okay as well - mostly I just hope the flow of time isn't too confusing. This wasn't meant to be a 7600 word fic, that's for sure :P

But yes - I like the patterns that tend to emerge from dealing with stuff like this. Abnormal psych was coming back to me in spades as I hashed out the background timeline.

side comment: I appreciate you visiting our site ^_^ Streaming video is good for our revenue. LOLOL

You get a cut off the 'national' website? Cool. Just tell them they'd get even more revenue if they allowed ALL of their full episodes to be streamed outside the US. (Seriously - why can I watch 48 Hours episodes but nothing else?!)

I'm personally much more horrified by acts of violence, sexual acts, etc. that are perpetrated to or by children and young'uns.

Yeah, it was kind of a double whammy for me, but it's interesting - just like studying what sorts of sexual acts people find arousing, you can learn just as much about them by going at it from the other direction - and seeing what they find disgusting, and maybe the reasons why.

Or - one day I'm going to figure out a way to do a dissertation on smutty fanfic and its appeal and effect on its consumers :P

Especially in a piece like this, my journalistic tendencies come out. Made perfect sense to me!

Woohoo! I feel like I've passed some sort of test.

I admit, I was really shocked at the end, with InuYasha dead, too.

But doesn't it make perfect sense, at the same time?
