The elusive 2-in-1 edition of the newest BSC reprint
I still haven't been able to find a decent copy of the new 2-in-1 edition of the latest BSC reissue, so I decided to take pics of the one I could find in the local Target. Interestingly enough, the ISBN doesn't bring any results on Amazon or Goodreads. Running it through Google brings about 4 results total. It kinda makes me feel like this is something that doesn't exist, or wasn't meant to, LOL. But here's proof that it does!

Who knows! The mystery continues, LOL.

Or I'll just google it like you said and then take advantage of eBay selling it cheaper and having a sale. Still, it's so weird. And I am absolutely DYING for some reason over the pictures of the books included in said book have the little "Now on Netflix!" thing. Normally that kind of thing gets edited off these collections but not this one.

Which makes me think that this was not supposed to be ready for prime time? Along with the fact that there isn't another one, at least not that I can find, LOL.
It's good to know that this isn't just some fever dream, though, if someone else has found one and is selling it on eBay! It's very weird to me that the ISBN isn't registered anywhere, not even the store that's selling it. I definitely wish the copies available to me weren't in such bad shape!

The problem with the books being damaged is that if they don't pull them, they'll just shelf sit and not get replaced and never be sold and it's a terrible cycle. Boo! I do hope someone just orders another round and you get a crack at the good ones.
But seriously, how many times will they trick me into buying the first ten books or so? Probably a billion.

I haven't seen this second one in the flesh, but the first one has been selling at my local Target, bent/bruised and all. There were originally 3 copies and when I took the pictures there was only one.
At least buying the double-editions means you won't be collecting them one by one again? LOL. But I have to say it is nice to walk into a B&N and see the BSC on the shelves again. It brings back memories of buying the originals 20 years ago!! ♥
