Summer Mini Challenge
The world has gone to hell in a handbasket this year, and has literally turned my life (and probably yours!) upside down. Because of this, I've made the difficult decision to put the Summer Mini Challenge on hiatus for this year.
However!! You are more than welcome to use the prompts from previous years if you'd still like to have a summer writing challenge. I'm linking them here for your reference:
I've been running the SMC since 2011, and I hope that it will continue long into the future. I don't have much time these days to write (for pleasure), so I'll need my yearly boost, even if no one else does. Thank you to everyone who has participated, and see you next year!

The SMC will rise again
Wow, I haven't posted to this journal at all this year, save an exchange back in February. That was the last time I updated ![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
kidsincdaily, too, come to think of it. Man, time flies when you're super-busy with work o.O
Mostly this post is just to let any interested parties know that the Summer Mini Challenge will be held again this year - I'm hoping to start sorting prompts this weekend. Considering I haven't written anything in well over a year myself, I am beyond looking forward to this! I miss my writing, and the further away I get from it, the further away I get from finishing any of my epic fics. How the hell is Fleeting 11 years old already? Or Stacy in Bloom nearly 10?!
