I know, I know, it's an old refrain, but it still rings true. I'm extra thrilled to have won the 'Hidden Treasure' category, because the competition was especially fierce there.

I am also happy to report that I'm approximately 1/3 finished with the next chapter of Nihon Idol. These chapters are GIGANTIC in comparison to my other fics, but hopefully worth their months-long-lag. *stubs toe in dirt*

I blame this completely on Nihon Idol. I've been delving back into the universe leik woah, which includes rewatching the entire season (with special focus on the episode I'm using as a basis for the upcoming chapter) and listening to the soundtrack on a constant loop. One of the songs - the song for the next-to-last chapter, in fact - rubbed my Mir/San muse the right way, and thus, this little drabble was born.
