An update and a meme

[+] I'm just about finished with my reread of BSC canon; all I have left are a couple of mysteries, and the prequel, The Summer Before. Of course, I've already gathered six notebook pages full of observations about my characters (Charlie Thomas and Janine Kishi, for anyone who's wondering), so perhaps this is going just a teensy bit overboard. Perhaps ;)

I'm quite excited, though, because it looks like the plot I've dreamed up and outlined is going to work just perfectly :) This story is going to practically write itself, and I can't wait! =) I've had some positive responses from the babysittersclub comm here ~ I guess my minor alt!ship pairing isn't all that minor after all... ;) As long as my Thanksgiving holiday is drama-free (and the muses are cooperating), I think I can have this thing ready for publication by early December.
