New year, new attitude
I'm wearing a new shirt, new hat, brand new ideas as a matter of fact I've changed for good!
Well, I hope the changes I've made are for the better, at least =)
Because of LJ's general fail over the last year, I've been sprucing up my Dreamwidth account. It is now basically a complete mirror of my LJ, minus the IY stuff. I'm going to be posting my notes, recs and various whatnots to both accounts, so that I'm not subjected to the whims of LJ's servers (and the Russian attacks). I'm eventually going to relocate my master lists over (t)here as well, since

So if you have a DW account, feel free to friend me if you haven't already =) When my paid time runs out on LJ, I'll probably put my money into my DW account. Now that a couple of my fandoms have migrated, it will be worth it to have my icons, etc (t)here instead of (t)here.
Because I've made all these changes to said account, I also took advantage of their open signups to create a new fic journal -

I'll still be posting my stuff in various places: LJ, DW, FF.net, AO3, so you should always be able to find it =)
You may have noticed that I'm saying a lot of "except for IY" in the above paragraphs. That's for two reasons: (1) the sheer enormity of my IY archive is just way too much to start posting elsewhere, and (2) I'm pretty much on the tail end of Inuyasha fandom. I'm wrapping up my stories over there, and I have no plans to start any more. Once I finish Fleeting and the giftfic I owe my very patient 100th reviewer of said story :P, I'm pretty much done with writing for the series. I'm still going to be compiling the newsletter for

I don't really make writing resolutions at the beginning of the year (I celebrate my fandom anniversary instead), but considering the spate of writing I've done over the last month for various challenges, one thing has become very clear to me: in 2012, I want to finish more projects than I start, LOL. I have a 100-prompt table for BSC fandom and a 100K+ epic fic going for KI, so I really don't need to be splitting my attention even further for another extra-involved project, you know? So in the next three months, I'm going to firm up my goals for the year - and decide whether or not to close the Lost in Translation collection, along with my IY stories.
So, here's to a very productive 2012! ♥
