So...yeah. It's pretty much official: these drabbles, written for the weekly prompts at

dokuga_contest, have taken on a damn life of their own. Somehow -- by no conscious decision of my own, mind -- they've developed into an ongoing, nonlinear, strictly-come-canon universe. Considering the serious struggle I've had trying to pare down the entries for the strict word limit, I've given in and reworked/expanded all of the entries in this little universe, which I've dubbed "Allegiance."

Yeah...you know its bad when an idea even gets "art" out of me :P

So what will follow are the entries in this series. I'm still debating whether to upload them "publicly" until they are in a more precise order...maybe at Dokuga in the interim?
