Is this the one where Charleston is mentioned (possibly the end destination of the train trip or something?) or am I mixing it up with another questionable mystery?

Yes, this is the one where the end destination is Charleston. The "Mystery Train" was a PR stunt for Derek Masters' latest movie, and the BSCers think they see someone being thrown off the train while its traveling over a bridge.
