Karen Brewer - I have never liked Karen, and I have never understood the free pass she gets for being so frickin obnoxious. In the first part of #1 Kristy's Great Idea Mary Anne calls her a pill, but the first time Kristy baby-sits for her (and forevermore afterwards) she is considered cute and smart and precocious, as opposed to bossy and obnoxious. She's not really a brat (though she has her moments, such as in #81 Kristy and Mr. Mom when insists on going over to the Big House after Watson's heart attack and is denied) but she's not as precious as everyone seems to think she is, either.
